Forced Text Recomposition
There are a number of opportunities where you might want to have all text in your document recomposed. For example after text import; after changing language; after changing your hyphenation method; and much more - or just to be double-sure that all text is composed with your current settings.
Unfortunately you won't find a menu entry for this action - it is well-hidden in the ... keyboard shortcuts! Navigate to "Edit > Keyboard shortcuts", choose the Product Area "Text and Tables", and scroll down to "Recompose all stories immediately". Assign a keyboard shortcut in the context "Defaults", and you're fine.
